Every Thursday in June, from 3:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.
The Laurel Farmers Market opens each Thursday in June from 3:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. Set up will begin at 3 p.m. This event allows fruit and vegetable producers, local artists, crafters and cooks to bring their delightful and delicious creations directly to the public.
The location is at the end of 5th Avenue in the residual parking surrounding the Jones County War Memorial. The pedestrian brick path between Library Street and Carroll Gartin Blvd. specifically. We will continue to improve this space for Downtown Laurel activities, and of course, the Farmers Market!
If you want to sample the best of homemade, handcrafted, and homegrown products, stop by and see everything this event has to offer. We will also be hosting an assortment of food trucks!
We are so appreciative of the generous sponsorship from Central Sunbelt Federal Credit Union! Anyone interested in participating should download and print the forms below and remit them to Laurel Main Street.
We were thrilled to host large crowds last season, and we have every reason to believe this year will be even better! Please note that the Market operates under the guidelines of the Cottage Food Bill. Please read the Market Rules carefully before applying.
Downtown Movie Night
Agape Church is also producing the Downtown Movie Night again this year! Every night after the Market, Movie Night will host hundreds of Laurelites who will watch family friendly movies for free. With an assortment of vendors selling food and drinks, this is a night for the whole family to enjoy! Please visit the Downtown Movie Night Facebook Page for movie lineup, updates, and more information.
