Loblolly Food Vendor Application

Things to know:

  • Booth Spaces are 10 ft x 12 ft. If your rig is larger, you must buy the number of booths that will fit your space requirements.

On this form:

  • Food vendors must pay a $100 refundable deposit.

  • You will be required to provide a list of the products you wish to sell.

  • You will be required to provide a Business Permit Number.

  • You will be required to provide a Tax Identification Number.

  • You will be required to provide a Serve Safe Certification Number.
